Ben almost exclusively handles contingency cases on the plaintiff side. Most of which are referred by fellow attorneys under a fee sharing agreement. His referring attorneys receive a very competitive share of the contingency fee, in a manner compliant with the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.

One of Ben’s joys is brainstorming with fellow attorneys about cases they have together and trial strategies. He makes sure to keep his referring/joint-venturing attorneys involved and provides frequent updates on case value, strategy, and expected time of resolution

His love for trial work and selective caseload allows him to outwork his opponents and obtain the best settlement possible, whether it’s at mediation, trial, or after a jury verdict.
